About the Event:

As employers make plans to return to the workplace, they are faced with the challenge of supporting employees and their mental health through the transition.

During the event, participants will hear from the American Psychiatric Association Foundation’s Center for Workplace Mental Health’s Associate Director, Emma Jellen, on what works in building a successful return to the workplace strategy that supports employee mental health, including practical tips to:

  • Better understand the concerns of their employees;
  • Recognize the signs of pandemic fatigue;
  • Promote resiliency throughout the organization;
  • Make employee mental health a priority;
  • And more!

Attendees will also hear insights from Meg Connelly, PwC’s People and Organization Manager, on PwC’s extensive return to work surveys and research, as well as her own personal experience serving as an advisor to business leaders throughout the country as they bring their employees back to the workplace.

Meg Connelly, Manager, People & Organization, PwC

Meg Connelly is a manager with PwC’s People & Organization practice, specifically with the Workforce Strategy & Transformation services. Over the past 10+ years, she has worked with financial services, technology and consumer products clients across the U.S. and Asia on various human capital issues related to talent management, organizational design, cross-cultural team development, change management and culture.

An experienced consultant, Meg has partnered with organizations to help them navigate large scale business transformations, especially around workforce strategy and technology implementation. Recent highlights of her work include delivering solutions involving human resource management, risk culture and behavior assessment, enterprise workforce strategy, organization design, workforce capabilities, strategic change management for a finance transformation, employee experience mapping and digital upskilling programs.

Originally from Texas, she currently resides in New York and has lived and worked in Beijing, China. Meg has her masters in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and also has a BA in International Studies from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
